Vineela,
I appreciate your courage to admit that you've used an Instant Mix. I am sure many people (I mean non-bloggers) would use it and still perhaps say that they 'made' it all themselves. Just to take the credit. I also like the confidence with which you write about your recipes and give links to others' posts as well. Good work.

Gorgeous presentation, Vineela. I am planning to prepare atleast 3 types of sweets for guests this coming long weekend.

Your recipe sounds easy and looks very neat, certainly will give it a try this weekend. Thanks for sharing.

Vineela: Good one. steaming idea is good and think will make the pattties very soft. Your post made me remember the last time i made this: I tried GITS instant mix, and the malai patties came out real hard and i had the guts to serve it to my guests (came home for the first time) without even tasting:( and my guests never even gave me clue that it was bad, said it is good;) cho sweet of them.. hubby laughs at me till late relating to that incident:)
